The Heart of the Carol
Long before quills etched words upon parchment or tales were bound in leather and lore, stories of the North were sung. They drifted through the wintry air as melody and verse, carried on the breath of stars and the hush of falling snow. In those earliest days, when the world was young and magic still walked openly among mortals, the Storyteller gave voice to one enduring hymn: The Heart of the Carol.

He composed it not with ink, but with light, drawing upon the flicker of hearth fire, the laughter of children, and the distant hum of sleigh bells over frozen fields. Each stanza shimmered with the pulse of the North itself, weaving warmth and wonder into the chill silence of eternity.
It is said that The Heart of the Carol was the first song ever sung. A hymn of hope strong enough to awaken joy in even the loneliest winter night. Through centuries, it has endured, carried from one generation to the next, not by pen or parchment, but by memory, by voice, and by love.
Thus the Storyteller’s ancient poem remains, a gift of ages past, a reminder that while the world may change, the music of kindness, faith, and light will forever echo with the spirit of Christmas
